Integrating strength and conditioning into your training can be a real difference-maker when you’re looking to take the next step in your running, cycling, swimming, etc. I’ll work with you to build strength and stamina and help prevent or recover from injury.
Tailored strength and conditioning plans to suit your busy schedule
Everyone is different, so all my strength and conditioning plans start with an initial chat to find out your pain points, goals and areas you would like to improve.
Our first session together would be focused on getting you moving, reviewing your strengths, and looking at the right exercises as part of a plan that’s tailored for your current needs and longer-term goals.
After that, we can proceed on a weekly or monthly basis, depending your schedule:
Weekly Sessions
Weekly sessions are recommended to help you get the most out of our strength and conditioning work.
1 x weekly Strength session
1 x weekly Pilates class
Both of these sessions are with me and come in blocks of 6 (6 blocks = 3 weeks of sessions).
Monthly Programme
If you’re looking for a lighter touch due to work, travel or other commitments, a monthly package is your best option.
1 x monthly Strength session plus tailored homework plan
An optional weekly Pilates class can always be added if desired so I can keep an eye on your movements as we progress.
