My running coaching programmes are fully bespoke to your needs and your schedule.

Here is an example of how your run coaching might look in practice:

  • Initial run coaching consultation (face-to-face or video call)

  • Starter face-to-face strength or running technique session

  • Bespoke training plan delivered weekly/fortnightly and tailored to your specific needs/goals (including details of your run coaching sessions and any strength work involved)

  • Weekly/fortnightly training catch-up chat (in-person or online)

  • Review and analysis of coaching sessions with continual feedback on progress

  • Communication via email/WhatsApp as much as required

Running coaching packages are charged on a monthly basis and are based on your needs and the level of communication required.
