I’ve seen the value that Pilates can bring as part of my recovery from a prolapsed disc. That’s why I incorporate Pilates and movement skills into my coaching programmes, whether you experience chronic pain or you need extra support with injury rehab/prevention.
One-to-one or group Pilates sessions as part of your holistic coaching plan
My Pilates and movement sessions are done on a 1:1 basis on the reformer equipment or by joining in one of my group classes.
The first step is an initial chat to find out more about your movement goals, be they around mobility or flexibility, pain relief or recovering from injury.
From there, we can arrange either an initial private 1:1 session to look at getting you moving better, or I can direct you to one of my weekly Pilates classes.
Both my one-to-one sessions and group classes can be booked in blocks of 6.
